Q: When will I receive my KouhKi commission?

A: As soon as I have completed your digital artwork, I will immediately send it to you through DM on Instagram, and/or email. 

Waiting time will vary depending on how many commissions are pending.

Average time is around 2-7 days

Q: Will I get to see the artwork in progress?

A: Yes! I will DirectMessage you on Instagram or email you the progress of your requested commission. If you do not wish to see the progress, please include in the email you send after you order. (You can find more information on how to order CORRECTLY if you click on any commission, [if on mobile, should be to the right of the commission display photo])

Q: How do I contact you if I have a problem that is not listed above?
